Welcome to the official website of the Malaysia Aquatics (MAS), officially known as Persekutuan Renang Malaysia.
The Malaysia Swimming is the national governing body in aquatic sports associated with Majlis Sukan Negara and a member of the Olympic Council of Malaysia. We are affiliated to the World Aquatics. MAS is created to promote the sport of aquatics (swimming, diving, artistic swimming, water polo, water swimming, para swimming and masters swimming) in Malaysia.
Its mandate therefore, is to augment the promotional and sportsmanship principles of World Aquatics and further serve the sport by adopting uniform playing rules and equipment specifications for its tournaments, or any others to which it grants approval, thereby providing an example of uniformity for the sport.
Please browse through our website to learn more about Malaysia Swimming, our office bearers, goals and objectives, as well as our future plans for the development and growth of aquatic sports in Malaysia.
MAS Board Members
The 9 members of the MAS Board are made up of representatives from different state associations who are affiliated to MAS. The Board meets regularly to ensure the board is working to the highest standards for all those involved in swimming and aquatics.
The Board is supported by the Administrative Operations Team – who manages the day-to-day affairs of MAS. In addition to the Board and the Administrative Operations Team, there are a number of sub-committees that support the Board within a specialist area under MAS.
