MAS/MILO/NSC SportExcel Swimming Circuit Leg 1

This meet setting the stage for Malaysia’s rising swimming talents to shine. Designed as a developmental platform, this nationwide circuit aims to uncover and nurture the next generation of swimmers, paving their path toward national teams and international stardom.

Leg 1 of the circuit will take place from 16–18 May 2025, with a decentralised format across three key regions to maximise participation and accessibility:

• 🏊 Northern Region (Perlis, Kedah, Penang, Perak, Terengganu, Kelantan, Pahang)
  📍 Pusat Akuatik Tuanku Zara, Ipoh, Perak | Hosted by PRAP

• 🏊 Central Region (Kuala Lumpur, Selangor, Melaka, Negeri Sembilan, Johor)
  📍 Pusat Akuatik Darul Ehsan, Shah Alam, Selangor | Hosted by PRAS

• 🏊 East Malaysia (Sabah, Sarawak, Labuan)
  📍 Pandelela Rinong Aquatic Centre, Kuching, Sarawak | Hosted by ASAS

By running Leg 1 concurrently in regional clusters, the circuit ensures a competitive yet inclusive environment, allowing swimmers from every corner of the nation to test their mettle. With grassroots potential at the core, the SportExcel Circuit continues to be a vital stepping stone toward elite success.
