MAS Constitution
This constitution outlines the governing principles and operational guidelines of Malaysia Aquatic. It defines the federation’s objectives, membership criteria, governance structure, roles and responsibilities of officers, meeting protocols, financial management, disciplinary procedures, and the process for amendments or dissolution. This document ensures transparency and fairness in the federation’s operations while promoting its core mission of Malaysia Aquatic.

To promote and encourage the sport of Swimming, Water Polo, Diving, Artistic Swimming, Open Water Swimming, High Diving, Masters Swimming, and any other discipline that may be governed by Malaysia Aquatics from time to time in Malaysia.
To be the national governing body for Swimming, Open Water Swimming, Diving, High Diving, Water Polo, Artistic Swimming, and Masters Swimming with special reference to rules, championships, international matches, disputes, and all other matters relating to the respective disciplines.
To fully comply at all times with World Aquatics Constitution and the World Aquatics Rules, the WADA Code, the decisions and directives of the World Aquatics Bodies, as well as the decisions of CAS.
To affiliate, establish, promote, and maintain a healthy relationship and position with World Aquatics, the world governing body for the sport of Aquatics.
To uphold the Rules of Swimming, Open Water Swimming, Diving, High Diving, Water Polo, Artistic Swimming, High Diving, and Masters Swimming as approved by the World Aquatics.
